At noo.ma, we want you to love your new furniture; if it's not the perfect fit, you can return any standard item within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via the portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original box with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate a courier service to collect the package from your doorstep at a time that fits your schedule, or provide a prepaid shipping label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
